On page 7, line 21, after "data." insert "Employers must maintain the records described in this section for a period of 90 calendar days."
EFFECT: Restricts the information L&I may request or subpoena to previous 90 calendar days of records of quotas and work speed data. Requires employers to maintain these records for 90 calendar days.
