On page 117, line 15, after "47.56.850." insert "The commission shall not consider adjusting the maximum Good to Go! toll rate to an amount above $10."

EFFECT: States that the Transportation Commission shall not consider adjusting the maximum Good to Go! toll rate on the Interstate 405 and state route number 167 corridors to an amount above $10.

FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact.
