AN ACT Relating to eliminating subprevailing wage certificates for individuals with disabilities; and repealing RCW
39.12.022.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. RCW 39.12.022 (Vocationally handicapped—Exemption from RCW 39.12.020—Procedure) and 1972 ex.s. c 91 s 1 are each repealed. Passed by the Senate February 2, 2022.
