On page 1, line 10 of the amendment, after "chapter." insert "The attorney general is not required to provide a warning letter or allow the regulated entity 30 days to cure an alleged violation if the alleged violation is substantially the same as another previous violation for which a warning letter had been provided to the regulated entity"
| EFFECT: Provides that the Attorney General is not required to provide a warning letter or allow a regulated entity 30 days to cure an alleged violation if the alleged violation is substantially the same as another previous violation for which a warning letter had been provided to the regulated entity.
