On page 3, after line 30, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. If specific funding for the purposes of applying an inflation enhancement to the state local effort assistance threshold under RCW 28A.500.015 referencing this act by bill or chapter number, is not provided by June 30, 2023, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

Correct the title.
