| EFFECT: (1) Changes the deadline for a city to adopt specific provisions for lot splitting from July 1, 2024, to six months after the jurisdiction's next comprehensive plan update. (2) Requires each lot resulting from a lot split to be at least 2,000 square feet. (3) Increases the maximum easement width a city may require for access to a rear lot that is the result of a lot split from four feet to five feet, unless site-specific conditions require wider easements. |
