On page 18, after line 29, insert the following:

"Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I have received a copy of this pamphlet.

. . . .

(Date)"

EFFECT: (1) Requires a real estate broker to not only provide the pamphlet on Washington real estate brokerage law, but to also obtain signed acknowledgement that the pamphlet was received, by any party the broker renders real estate brokerage services for and any party not represented by a broker in a transaction. (2) Modifies the pamphlet on Washington real estate brokerage law to include a signed acknowledgement section.
