EFFECT:   Modifies the duty for the Domestic Violent Extremism Commission (Commission) to evaluate how to ensure data is not disproportionately used against black, indigenous, and people of color communities or other communities to instead require the Commission to evaluate how to ensure data is not disproportionately used against any person.
