On page 7, line 27, after "(1)" insert "Nothing in this chapter shall apply to an original manufacturer who has an agreement with an authorized repair provider to repair digital electronic equipment made by the original manufacturer.

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Excludes original manufacturers from the regulations of the Fair Repair Act if the original manufacturer has an agreement with an authorized repair provider to repair digital electronic equipment made by the original manufacturer.
