Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
On page 7, beginning on line 23, after "for" strike all material through "15" on line 27 and insert "a class A or class B sex offense that was committed when the person was age 13 through 17"

| EFFECT: Makes the following changes to the underlying bill: (1) Expands the requirement to register as a sex or kidnapping offender to include certain persons who committed a class A or B sex offense when the person was age 13 through 17 (instead of age 16 or 17, or age 15 and committed Rape in the first or second degree). (2) Expands the catchall category that allows a court to impose sex or kidnapping offender registration based on certain factors to include persons age 13 through 17 on the offense date (instead of age 15, 16, or 17 on the offense date). |
