On page 2, line 7, after "(3)" insert "Neither a city nor a county may require a home energy performance report for any residence that, at the time of being listed for sale, is subject to a property tax exemption pursuant to RCW 84.36.381.

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Prohibits cities and counties from imposing the requirement to obtain a home energy performance report on any residence that is subject to the statutory property tax exemption for residences owned by qualifying senior citizens, persons retired due to a disability, and qualifying veterans.
