On page 3, on line 24, after "action." insert "The attorney general may not knowingly investigate or bring an action against a law enforcement or corrections agency under this section concurrent to any investigations or actions by the United States department of justice."

EFFECT: Adds a provision prohibiting the Attorney General from investigating or beginning an action against a law enforcement or corrections agency concurrent to an investigation or action by the United States Department of Justice.
