"(c) The tax imposed under this subsection (1) must be deducted from the amount of the tax otherwise to be collected and paid over to the department under chapter 82.45 RCW."
EFFECT: Provides that the new local option real estate excise tax of 0.25 percent will be credited against the revenues collected by the state real estate excise tax.
