On page 9, after line 5, insert the following:
"(4) Notices of infraction for automated traffic safety camera-detected speed violations may not be issued to the registered vehicle owner of an authorized emergency vehicle as defined in RCW 46.04.040."
EFFECT: Prohibits notices of infraction from being issued to the registered owner of an authorized emergency vehicle.
