On page 2, after line 10 of the striking amendment, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. A new section is added to chapter 43.21A to read as follows:
The department shall maintain a record, including a record of locations, of all civil or criminal investigations or enforcement actions in which the department is a participant that utilize georeferenced imagery or surveys produced pursuant to section 2 of this act.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 4. A new section is added to chapter 43.300 to read as follows:
The department shall maintain a record, including a record of locations, of all civil or criminal investigations or enforcement actions in which the department is a participant that utilize georeferenced imagery or surveys produced pursuant to section 2 of this act."
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Requires the Department of Ecology (Ecology) and the Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) to each maintain a record, including a record of locations, of all civil or criminal investigations or enforcement actions in which Ecology or the WDFW, respectively, is a participant, that utilize georeferenced imagery or surveys produced pursuant to the act.
