On page 1, beginning on line 12 of the striking amendment, after "court" strike "must award any prevailing employee, applicant, or prospective applicant" and insert "may award any prevailing party"

EFFECT: Allows the court to award any prevailing party reasonable attorneys' fees and costs (rather than requiring the court to award any prevailing employee, applicant, or prospective applicant reasonable attorneys' fees and costs).
