On page 18, line 18, after "and" strike "$4,052,000" and insert "$4,952,000"

EFFECT: Increases the appropriation one-time for the Office of the Secretary of State to contract with a nonprofit organization providing television coverage of state government deliberations other events of statewide significance.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund - State by $1,800,000.
