| EFFECT: Increases funding from $125,000 to $250,000 for an analysis of the educational opportunity gap for Asian American students and from $125,000 to $250,000 for an analysis of the educational opportunity gap for Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander students.
FISCAL IMPACT: Increases General Fund - State by $250,000.
