On page 1, line 29 of the striking amendment, after "entities" strike "is" and insert "was, within the previous 12 months,"

EFFECT: Provides that the contributions of an entity established, financed, maintained, or controlled by another entity are aggregated only if that activity occurred within the previous 12 months.
