On page 1, line 26 of the striking amendment, after "entity." insert "Two spouses or domestic partners who jointly own an entity as community property are not considered majority owners for the purposes of this section."

EFFECT: Specifies that two spouses or domestic partners who jointly own an entity as community property are not considered majority owners for purposes of the rule aggregating contributions between entities and their majority owners.
