On page 1, line 26 of the striking amendment, after "entity." insert "A spouse or domestic partner who owns or has an interest in an entity as community property is not considered a majority owner for the purposes of this section."

EFFECT: Specifies that a spouse or domestic partner who owns or has an interest in an entity as community property is not considered a majority owner for purposes of the rule aggregating contributions between entities and their majority owners.
