On page 2, line 1 of the striking amendment, after "(5)" insert "As used in subsection (4) of this section, an entity is "maintained by" another entity if there is a relationship between the two entities in which the latter supports the ongoing operations of the former.

EFFECT: Specifies that an entity is "maintained by" another entity for purposes of the aggregation rules for

campaign contributions if there is a relationship between the two entities in which the latter supports the ongoing operations of the former.
