On page 23, after line 2 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 25. The requirements of this act do not apply to a material change transaction when the total value of the transaction is less than $10,000,000 and no party to the transaction is a hospital."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 23, at the beginning of line 9 of the striking amendment, strike "25" and insert "26"
