On page 3, line 21 of the striking amendment, after "state entity" insert ". "Contracting affiliation" also does not include arrangements among entities under common ownership or arrangements where at least one entity in the arrangement has a publicly elected board of commissioners and where this same governance structure is retained after the transaction"

EFFECT: Revises the definition of "contracting affiliation" to exclude entities under common ownership or arrangements where at least one entity in the arrangement has a publicly elected board of commissioners and where this same governance structure is retained after the transaction.
