On page 18, line 28 of the striking amendment, after "least" strike "10" and insert "three"
On page 18, line 31 of the striking amendment, after "for" strike "10" and insert "three"
On page 19, line 24 of the striking amendment, after "than" strike "$10,000" and insert "$1,000"
| EFFECT: (1) Reduces the time period, from 10 years to three years, that the attorney general must monitor the parties to a material change transaction for ongoing compliance with the requirements of the chapter. (2) Reduces the daily civil fine, from $10,000 to $1,000, for parties that do not enter into compliance with an order by the attorney general directing the parties to come into compliance with the requirements of the chapter.
