On page 6, line 13 of the striking amendment, after "situation" insert ", including but not be limited to, circumstances where a party to a material change transaction has less than sixty days cash on hand, or is failing to meet or foreseeably will fail to meet one or more bond covenants,"

EFFECT: Defines extraordinary emergency situations to expressly include circumstances where a party to a material change transaction has less than sixty days cash on hand or is failing to meet or foreseeably will fail to meet one or more bond covenants.
