On page 3, line 8 of the striking amendment, after "(1)" strike "No" and insert "Except as provided in section 6 of this act, no"

On page 4, line 27 of the striking amendment, after "(1)" strike "It" and insert "Unless provided otherwise in this chapter, it"

On page 5, after line 2 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 6. This act does not apply to railroad carriers that have collective bargaining agreements with their employees."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
