On page 3, line 8 of the striking amendment, after "(1)" strike "No" and insert "Except as provided in section 6 of this act, no"

On page 4, line 27 of the striking amendment, after "(1)" strike "It" and insert "Unless provided otherwise in this chapter, it"

On page 5, after line 2 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 6. This act does not apply to employees of a railroad carrier who have platinum level health care benefits, as defined by the federal affordable care act."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
