On page 1, line 28 of the striking amendment, after "(e)" insert "(i)"

On page 2, after line 12 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(ii) The tax authorized in this section does not apply to the sale of, or charge made for, the furnishing of lodging of a short-term rental if the short-term rental is of an accessory dwelling unit."

On page 3, after line 12 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(c) "Accessory dwelling unit" has the same meaning as in RCW 36.70A.696."
