On page 1, line 15 of the striking amendment, after "exceed" strike "10" and insert "four"

EFFECT: Provides that the special excise tax may be collected at a rate of up to four percent of the sale or charge made for the furnishing of lodging of short-term rentals, rather than at a rate of up to 10 percent.
