On page 1, at the beginning of line 22 of the striking amendment, strike "graduated from the Washington state criminal justice training commission" and insert "successfully completed the basic law enforcement academy of the Washington state criminal justice training commission or equivalent basic law enforcement training"
| EFFECT: Specifies that, in order to serve a subpoena, an enforcement officer of the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) must have successfully completed the basic law enforcement academy of the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (WSCJTC) or an equivalent basic law enforcement academy, instead of specifying that an enforcement officer of the LCB must have graduated from the WSCJTC. |
