On page 5, line 5, after "litigation." insert "However, the information in a cast vote record is not exempt from disclosure if it can be provided in a manner that preserves the confidentiality of voters' choices on their ballots."
| EFFECT: Specifies that the information in a cast vote record is not exempt from disclosure under the Public Records Act if it can be provided in a manner that preserves the confidentiality of voters' choices on their ballots.
