| EFFECT: Limits the provisions of the bill (requiring youth homeless shelters to notify the Department of Children, Youth, and Families instead of a parent of the youth's presence at the shelter when children are seeking or receiving protected health care services and allowing host homes to care for youth without parental permission when those youth are seeking or receiving protected health care services) to children age 16 and 17. |
