On page 7, line 5 of the striking amendment, after "considered for" strike "unescorted access to the community" and insert "partial conditional release"
| EFFECT: Allows the Department of Corrections to provide information to the Department of Social and Health Services as to proposed terms and conditions for any case proposing partial conditional release, not just cases considered for unescorted access to the community.
