On page 2, after line 12, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 5. If any provision of this act or its application to any person, contract, or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act or the application of the provision to other persons, contracts, or circumstances shall also be held invalid."

Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: If any provision of this act or its application to any person, contract, or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act or the application of the provision to other persons, contracts, or circumstances shall also be held invalid.
