On page 3, after line 19, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 4. Nothing in this act shall be construed to create or imply a civil cause of action for breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, or enlarge any existing cause of action."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Provides that nothing in the act shall be construed to create or imply a civil cause of action for breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, or enlarge any existing cause of action.
