On page 5, line 29, after "requirements;" strike "and"

On page 5, line 32, after "diploma" insert "; and

(iv) Provided at least the minimum instructional hours and days required under RCW 28A.150.220"

EFFECT: Provides that a school district is responsible for ensuring that a student served by a nonpublic agency is provided with at least the minimum instructional hours and days required by statute, rather than including this requirement as a component of nonpublic agency approval.
