On page 9, line 10, after "program." insert "The pretrial diversion program shall not be available for an individual's third or subsequent charged violation of RCW 69.50.4011(1)(b), 69.50.4013, 69.50.4014, or 69.41.030."
EFFECT: Limits the availability of the pretrial diversion program to an individual's first or second charged violation of the possession statutes.
