On page 3, line 20, after "26.44.030" insert "or removes the requirement that the law enforcement agency of the jurisdiction in which the person lives be notified"
EFFECT: Clarifies that nothing in this act removes the requirement to notify the law enforcement agency of the jurisdiction in which the person lives when a person or agency is otherwise required to do so.
