On page 21, line 26, after "(b)" insert "(i) "Commercial motor vehicle" includes both commercial motor vehicles based in Washington and commercial motor vehicles not based in Washington.
(ii) "Commercial motor vehicle" does not include any of the following:
(A) Concrete trucks;
(B) Aggregate dump trucks;
(C) Vehicles used in the operations of any consumer-owned utility, investor-owned utility, or municipal utility; and
(D) Any other vehicle as provided by rule.
(c)"
Correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: (1) Specifies that "commercial motor vehicle" includes both vehicles based in Washington and vehicles not based in Washington for the idling limits program.
(2) Outlines which vehicles are not considered commercial motor vehicles for the idling limits program.
