AN ACT Relating to the elimination of wire tap authorization reporting to the administrative office of the courts; and repealing RCW
9.73.120.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. RCW 9.73.120 (Reports—Required, when, contents) and 1998 c 217 s 3, 1989 c 271 s 207, & 1977 ex.s. c 363 s 5 are each repealed. Passed by the House March 7, 2023.
