Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. A new section is added to chapter 43.21F RCW to read as follows:

Cities and counties must post information about free home energy assessments available in their respective jurisdictions on their respective websites and share the information with the department's energy division to post on its website."

EFFECT: Requires cities and counties to post information about free home energy assessments available in their jurisdictions on their websites, and to share the information with the Department of Commerce's energy division to post on its website.
