On page 3, after line 20, insert the following:

"(10) No city, county, or state agency may require a property owner to provide the information in a home energy performance report to an insurance company. Any such requirement violates a homeowner's right to privacy."

EFFECT: Prohibits a city, county, or state agency from requiring a homeowner to provide information in a home energy performance report to an insurance company, and declares that such a requirement is a violation of the homeowner's right to privacy.
