On page 3, after line 20, insert the following:

"(10) A county that adopts an ordinance requiring home energy performance reports pursuant to subsection (1) of this section may only require a home energy performance report for homes that are located in unincorporated areas of the county."

EFFECT: Provides that a county may only require home energy assessment reports for homes that are located in unincorporated areas of the county.
