On page 2, line 9, after "plans." insert "However, an employer may not bargain over contributions to a supplemental retirement benefit or medical plan unless employee enrollment and contributions to the plan are voluntary and employees are allowed to opt out of the plan and contributing to the plan."

EFFECT: Limits the types of supplemental retirement benefits that employers may bargain over to plans where employee enrollment in, and contributions to, the plan are voluntary and can be opted out of.
