EFFECT: Removes language in the intent section providing that the Legislature intends to increase the penalty for those who deliberately ignore posted warnings against acts of intimidation or violence against school athletic officials, and instead provides that the Legislature intends to increase the penalty for those who commit acts of intimidation or violence against school athletic officials.
