On page 2, after line 9, insert the following:

"(iii) The court shall order the defendant to not commit any new criminal law violations for the entire continuance period as a condition for the dismissal of charges.

(iv) The mandatory conditions described under (b)(ii) and (iii) of this subsection must not be the only conditions ordered by the court."

EFFECT: Requires the court to order no new criminal law violations as a condition for dismissing charges through the process established under the bill. Specifies that full restitution and no new criminal law violations must not be the only conditions ordered by the court.
