On page 2, line 8, after "(13)" strike "and (14)" and insert "through (15)"

On page 7, after line 16, insert the following:

"(15) A person may not petition for a modification of sentence pursuant to this section if the underlying conviction was for manslaughter in the first degree under RCW 9A.32.060, manslaughter in the second degree under RCW 9A.32.070, or any offense originally charged as manslaughter in the first or second degree."
