On page 7, after line 16, insert the following:

"(15) The department shall provide annual updates to each judicial officer who grants a modification of sentence pursuant to this section. The updates must detail the status of each defendant that the judicial officer has resentenced, including whether the defendant has violated conditions of community custody, been arrested, or been reincarcerated after being granted the modification of sentence."
