On page 2, line 8, after "(13)" strike "and (14)" and insert "through (15)"

On page 4, beginning on line 13, strike all of subsection (i)

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 7, after line 16, insert the following:

"(15) A person may not petition for a modification of sentence pursuant to this section if the underlying conviction is for a sex offense as defined in RCW 9.94A.030."
